Technologies

Our technical department is equipped mainly with high performance CATIA V5 (Dassault systems) and CREO (PTC's former Pro/Engineer) workstations. We are using PowerMill, PowerShape and PowerInspect (Autodesk) as wel as DepoCAM for programming our works on the machines.

Due to latest investments on both production facilities we have now 8 High Speed Milling Machines, the most recent ones:

- DECKEL/MAHO model DMU 80P DUOBLOCK with 5 axis 
- DECKEL/MAHO model 1450V with 3 axis 

An the already existing:

- DECKEL/MAHO model DMU 160P DUOBLOCK   with 5 axis 
- DECKEL/MAHO model DMU 125P DUOBLOCK   with 5 axis 
- DECKEL/MAHO model HSC 105 Linear        with 5 axis

- 2 high speed deep drilling machines (IXION and TOS)
- 7 radial drilling machines
- 4 tours for lathing
- 4 grinding equipments
- 1 fitting/spotting press (MILUTENSIL)

As well as our own sampling facilities with 4 injections moulding machines MIR from 140T to 1.350T and new Engel 900T duo.
