Automotive Lighting selected our company some time ago to design and produce both Headlamp Housing tools with MuCeLL gas technology for Halogen and ILS/Bi-Xenon versions of new CLA model:

- HOUSING HAL L+R MBC117
- HOUSING ILS/Bi-Xenon L+R MBC117 

You can see picture of complete assembly as well as the separate Housing. MuCeLL gas technology was used to mix the gas bubbles in the plastic material for several proposes, mainly for part reduction weight without impact on mechanical performance.
